Please ignore the ASUS comment on replacing the charger. My laptop is not even 3 months old and they do not honor anything in their warranty. After seeing this comment by ASUS I reached out to their customer support that then said I have to fill out an RMA form. Ship in the charger, and ONLY if they find something wrong with it. It is very frustrating customer service. When I quoted the above answer from ASUS the ASUS customer service representative said, "no, it has to be shipped in for repairs."
