If you purchased the protection plan from Best Buy when you bought the Laptop, they should be able to take care of it for you. If you did not, I would still take in to see if the GeekSquad guys can at least order the parts. Depending on the price of the parts, it might be cheaper to purchase a new... unfortunately.
