Any of the Arris Surfboard modems should work, I suggest the SB6141 and any of the higher numbered models.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Since TWC is becoming part of the Spectrum network, I think your best bet at this time is the Motorola/Arris SB6183 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem, which is exactly what I'm using now.

Please try again later.it's not really up to the modem since it just modulates and remodultes(translator sort of speak)of the cable signal. firmware on the cable modems are managed by the ISP so as a consumer you really have no say. The real thing to look at is durability. Most routers on the market today for home use tend to have most options and power needed to work flawlessly. However the materials used within the router is what really matters as cheaper will tend to break no matter how much you spend. Going against conventional wisdom , getting the extra geek squad protection(if priced accordingly)will give you piece of mind if things go array. It's man made so it's not perfect. it's a matter of when not if.
