You can download Google Play movies and TV shows onto your Android and iOS devices or Chromebook, so you can watch without a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. However, iTunes doesn't work on Chromebooks, but you can listen to your music collection by moving it to Google Play Music, a free alternative service.
