A:Answer To answer your first question, Yes, you can use memory sticks to expand its memory, but, for the most part you would use cloud storage. As for your second question, I don't think the units are Microsoft Office compatible. These units operate using a google based program. These units are mostly for surfing the web. The sole purpose of the processor on this unit is to get you connected to the internet. All the software is google based. As such you do not have to purchase any anti-virus because google handles all of the virus protection. You can produce documents however, using Google doc's. If you are in need of Microsoft office I would suggest looking into a PC. I have purchased 3 of these units for my daughters and my wife and I'm very happy with there performance which is about 95% surfing the web, watching You Tube, etc. with the occasional 5% creation of documents, i.e letters, school reports. If more intricate documents are needed we use our home PC which has Office installed.
