“My unit locks up 2 to 3 times a day for no reason. I have to power off and restart each time. Support told me to clear and re-install windows but to no avail. is this a hardware issue or a software glitch??”

I had a similar issue, found that after updates it had activated a free-trial anti-virus that was fighting with windows defender. I uninstalled the free trial program and haven't had an issue since.
