- Answer I added 2 TB M.2 NVMe 2280 SSD. I do not think 4TB would be a problem, just make sure it is M.2 NVMe 2280 (for G814JZ-G18.I94080)

QuestionHi, what is the voltage of this gaming laptop? can i use this on the country that have 220-240V? Thank you

- Answer It would work for any voltage between 100-240VAC (50 or 60Hz). The laptop is not really getting that voltage, it is the laptop's charger (the brick/transformer) that does all the work. I travel a lot to south america (220VAC) and it works well, just make sure you have the right plug to where you go (this one comes with the plug type B)

QuestionI have always been a fan of asus but this time I am a bit disappointed, ¿how is it possible that there are so many negative reviews about the light bleeding on this laptop and they still haven't fixed this problem?, they should urgently fix this.

- Answer I am thinking of buying this laptop for my son but he is out of the country and I will have to send it to him out of the US. I am afraid that when I buy it and when it arrives I will have excessive bleeding. I am seeing that most of them have these serious problems and returning it would be a big process. That is why I am concerned about

- Answer 2x8. Upgrading RAM and SSD does not void the warranty, which is stated on the ASUS site (they also have a how-to open up your laptop and do the upgrade info page).

- Answer I ordered my laptop and it came in the beginning of January. It was around 14lbs in the box. The Laptop itself is very light tho... I can pick it up with 1 hand and it feels like paper
