• It would work for any voltage between 100-240VAC (50 or 60Hz). The laptop is not really getting that voltage, it is the laptop's charger (the brick/transformer) that does all the work. I travel a lot to south america (220VAC) and it works well, just make sure you have the right plug to where you go (this one comes with the plug type B)
