“Hi , I've read many stuff about the coil whine, if i get one with this problem (and i know is common) , can i send you guys back the laptop in order to remove the coil whine ? . Also is possible to upgrade the ram to some with more MHz?”

The specs said that this laptop could support up to 32 Gb... I recommend 2 16 Gb ram sticks to share the load..
