No. You do not need a specific controller to use them. 
Think of these like monitor. It has controls to control the specific settings and menus for the Glasses themselves, but it only transmits video from whatever it's plugged into. 
They aren't a console or computer on their own. so you do need a console, phone, computer, etc to display content.

So you'll use whatever you're using already.

So basically the glasses are just a virtual tv/monitor so for instance with PC just plug them in the monitor will display in the glasses and sound will come through and you can use whatever controller you want as long as the game supports it of course.

if i understood correct this is basically a  monitor /TV replacement and saying that you need to have the other stuff you want to conect like ps5 or pc or notebook etc

A game controller will not control the glasses. To illustrate what you're asking, does your monitor or TV work with Xbox controller? No, it doesn't. Your XBOX works with the XBOX controller. The glasses allow you to view the output from the XBOX (not control it).
