- Answer Nope the warrant only worked in US, if you found a defect while in Europe you may need to return to the US to get your warranty checked.

- Answer I think Liquid Metal, Either way i'm getting solid temperatures here! Very impressive! And the SSD Is Micron, Not that fast for a Gen 4, I'm getting about 3000 MB/S according to Crystal Disk Mark, Still very fast but for a Gen 4? Add another slot if you want like Firecuda 530, Samsung 980 Pro or WD SN, They offer double the speed!

QuestionIs this the 2022 M16 or the 2021 version? If it's the 2022, I'm gonna buy it today. Also, this will be my first ever laptop to own but I want 32 GB of RAM on mine so should I risk opening it by myself or pay a fee for someone else to upgrade it for me?

- Answer Yes it’s the 2022. It has one ram stick that can be upgraded, which is 8gb currently. I heavily game and haven’t had any issues with the 16GB. Ddr5 is super expensive so you may want to wait if you’re going to get 24-32 single dimm.

QuestionI just picked this laptop up in store, and the box was very dust and had a few dents and scuffs on it. The laptop itself seems to be fine, but should i be worried about this? Did anyone else receive a dirty laptop box? Thank you.

- Answer Boxes are dirty from shipping but should be fine. Check for bad pixels and any frame issue to be sure it wasn't damaged.

- Answer I contacted Asus support before asking the question here. They have redirected me to BestBuy and GeekSquad. Either this laptop was registered by GeekSquad team or a user that had this laptop before me, maybe it was an openbox, I don't know?! And of course I need Internet to register it, how would I think of registering it without Internet, and YES, all the Asus Utilities are up to date. Yet I still can't register it. Cause it says clearly that it is already registered !!!!!!!

- Answer I got mine open box for $880 a couple weeks ago. It just depends on the quality of the returned or open box unit. Higher quality that's near perfect will cost more. Mine was only "satisfactory," hence the lower $880 price.
