I contacted Asus support before asking the question here. They have redirected me to BestBuy and GeekSquad. Either this laptop was registered by GeekSquad team or a user that had this laptop before me, maybe it was an openbox, I don't know?! And of course I need Internet to register it, how would I think of registering it without Internet, and YES, all the Asus Utilities are up to date. Yet I still can't register it. Cause it says clearly that it is already registered !!!!!!!
