Yes, Actually they have support only in São Paulo, but you send your phone totaly free by mail, and they have 30 days to contact you and solve your problem (when inside the warranty).

Please try again later.I bought a phone about one month and a half ago it fell and the screen went black I didn't have insurance so nothing could be done I really like that phone so I ended up buying a new phone but this time I put insurance I'm hoping something will be done if something went wrong I really love the phone
