- Answer Seems like they're saying that there are new LCDs put in the phone. If you get a bad one, return the phone for the new panel.

QuestionJust to clarify. Best buy is listing this phone as supporting TMobile and band 12. The official Asus site doesn't list band 12...which is critical for TMobile. Does best buys model support band 12?

- Answer Yes it does, it works fine on any GSM network. Consumer Cellular uses GSM 850 MHz & PCS 1900 MHz for Voice and 3G Data. Its 4G devices most often use AT&T's LTE Band to provide 4G LTE data speeds Phone is capable for GSM 850, 900, 1800 and 1900, 4g bands should work also.

- Answer Yes, Actually they have support only in São Paulo, but you send your phone totaly free by mail, and they have 30 days to contact you and solve your problem (when inside the warranty).

- Answer If it's over two weeks you cannot return it back to store. I found Asus support to be very helpful and responsive. Contact support with your problem and get it fixed. Most likely they just replace your phone

- Answer Mine now has a white line problem at the very bottom of the screen. ASUS said they had NO LOCAL REPAIR OPTIONS, so you have to send it in and so it would take about 2 weeks to get it back. This is unacceptable customer service for a mobile phone.

- Answer I'm not satisfied with this product. The problem number 1 is there a white line on bottom side of screen; The problem number two is the battery of this device is worse than the battery of my previous device - Motorola; The problem number three is I don't have any warranty from the producer and I have to pay for everything; The problem number four is the brightness of screen turning to dark automatically and after a couple of seconds it can turn to the normal. My advice is never buy this device. Never!

- Answer We can even get it fixed in the USA. They have NO LOCAL REPAIR OPTIONS, so you will be without a phone for 2 weeks at least.

QuestionI just purchased one from Best Buy, but there is no OTG cable (Type C to A 2.0) included in the box. Can you verify what is going on? It says on Best Buy website and Asus webiste that the OTG cable (Type C to A 2.0) is included in the box.

- Answer Mine came with all the cables. Sounds like an error on Asus in the packaging department. Contact Asus & I'm sure they'll send you a type-c cable with proof of purchase.
