- Answer The telephone installer wired my unit, (line 1/L 1 +L2). There was a lot of trial and error attempts. If it didn't work, he had to take the unit back. It finally worked at the end of the day.

- Answer There is no such thing by definition. Perhaps wherever you saw that reference there was an error in punctuation. This phone is a landline phone that features bluetooth technology that allows you to access your pre-existing cell phone line on this device, but it cannot access your cell phone line without being within bluetooth range of your physical cell phone.

QuestionThis phone says it has intercom. If I have another compatible set and I press the intercom button will the other set hear my voice instantly? Without any other buttons being pressed on the other set?

QuestionRegarding adding an additional handset, I've only found SINGLE LINE units available?! What's the sku for a 2 line model like comes with the unit? Needs to toggle between line 1 and 2. Single line makes no sense so returning to BB.

QuestionDoes this allow Line 1 to roll over to Line 2 when line 1 is Busy? Also if base line is answered...other phones will not allow you to also answer the phone, it will only allow 1 phone to answer, no disruptions. If that correct?

- Answer The feature you are asking about (line 1 rolling to line 2 or vice versa) is called hunting. This is a network feature that must be set up by your telecom, and not a hardware feature. As far as someone answering the same line, nothing will prevent that, but say if someone wants to just pick up the phone to make a call, it will default to the unused line.

QuestionI can't seem to silence the ringer = even though it indicates no ringer on all lines. I get too many telemarketing calls and prefer the phone go directly to my recorded message and eliminate the ringing.
