What is a "landline cell phone?" null

There is no such thing by definition. Perhaps wherever you saw that reference there was an error in punctuation. This phone is a landline phone that features bluetooth technology that allows you to access your pre-existing cell phone line on this device, but it cannot access your cell phone line without being within bluetooth range of your physical cell phone.
