“All I want to do is boost the bass coming from my factory subwoofer in my 2021 Ram 1500. If I install this in line to the sub only can I amplify the bass signal or should I just go with adding an amp? I don’t want to add another sub box.”

• I would go with a speaker amp , that will override your max levels from the factory to keep them from busting but be careful not to bust factory speakers , I would upgrade them then get the speaker amp
