Well typically they ask at the store what type of wall you have to determine cost. I do know if they have to cut a hole for finding wires to hook up to your tv they will charge extra. The basic install would typically be come in hang tv bracket mount and install tv then plug all wires in accordingly. So if you didn't have wires ready to hook up then yes. I'm guessing every place is different and also depends on the agents attitude too.
