A:AnswerThe company's name is sencio and they probably do not have a tray to sell you I have a different model and mine has peeled off the Teflon coating and in the basket has peeled and rusted. I would not save the juices anymore for anything with that rust in it. I've owned different Bella products my air fryer has lasted me 2 years so far with no trouble other than the peeling. I would suggest maybe trying Amazon on a universal tray or maybe just put some aluminum foil in with some holes but I think I would not pay close to full price because of that problem they could have put some type of a ceramic coating on it's like they just want you to keep buying them over and over again.
A:AnswerYes, along with pizza pans, parchment liners, etc.

A:AnswerCarcinogenic ? No more than any other modern material heated to over 400 Deg F used frequently to cook food. Cooking is fast as is exposure to food and there is no odor plus all cleans quickly. Will something be discovered in the future? Dangerous possibilities are something that predates mankind.
A:AnswerI believe the inner basket is made with a light metal that is coated with a non-stick material. It is extremely easy to clean and no oil is needed to prevent sticking. There are 4 rubber "grips" on the tray that lays inside the bottom of the basket to keep it in place - the tray feels like plastic but I think it is also a light type of metal with non-stick coating. Hope this helps
A:AnswerNot sure what it is but it works very well. It’s a deep gray, almost black surface. The insert is also coated with the same substance. It’s been used both with and without the insert and the food slid right out as it should. I personally feel that using metal utensils could possibly damage the coating though. Use your gentle utensils with this and it should last for a very long time.
