- Answer Try the screws that came with your TV. Usually manufacturers package mounting screws with new set. Adjust as needed with included washers.

- Answer About 6" away from each other. I really didn't use a ruler. Just making a guesstimate. Before I install the TV to the bracket I took the liberty of gripping it from both angles and doing at least 3 pull-ups with it. I don't think that TV weighs more than 45 lb. I weigh 200 lbs.

QuestionI have flat-mounted using the mounting bracket. I did not unwrap the cords that you pull to release the safety lock and I need to get to the back of the TV to plug in the HDMI cable, power cable, etc. Is there an alternative way to unlock the bracket?

QuestionI never unwound the strings that you pull to take the tv off the mount. They’re tangled up behind the mount and I can’t pull them. Is there any other way to get the tv down?

- Answer We did this then decided to paint the walls the next weekend, we used a hanger to pull the strings out, the hanger broke but it brought the strings down far enough for us to squeeze our fingers in and release it.
