QuestionI installed this mount yesterday and mounted my 65" Samsung TV. Now that the mount is up, the TV very clearly leans forward when hanging off it. Is this normal? I don't particularly mind that it does this, but if it's a cause for concern I'd like to know!

QuestionThe safety bolts are not making a good connection with the bottom of the plate. They seem to be slightly off-line so when I keep screwing it they go right past the plate and therefore do not secure it at all. Please advise!

- Answer Mine is slightly off too. I just stopped screwing and have it firmly against the plate. It doesn’t move around and I’m able to move my tv in/out and side to side. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be that way but it’s been like that for a month so far and no problems at all.

QuestionI am seeming to have problems getting it to go back vertical, as it continuously tilts forward a bit. What am I doing wrong? The tech accidentally took the mounting instructions / paperwork that came with the mount when he took the packaging.
