Yes I tried it on my blue ray player and it seems to work,it’s a reasonable price so give it a try . Mine kept freezing and I tried this and it did the job,also try removing fingerprints with a a soft cloth like the ones you use to clean eye classes.make sure you don’t rub to hard do it softly and that should work.
