Q: QuestionThe Insignia digital antenna sold by Best Buy for $29.99 allows you to pause/fast forward live tv if you use a USB drive. I like this 19.99 price better but was wondering if it also offers this option. Also does it come w/ the coaxial cable? Thanks.

Q: QuestionI cannot get a signal when it's raining (cuts in an out every couple seconds and pixelated). Is this normal? It rains a lot so that will suck if I can't watch tv when it's raining bc that's when I need to stay inside! The antenna is next to the window.
