“The Insignia digital antenna sold by Best Buy for $29.99 allows you to pause/fast forward live tv if you use a USB drive. I like this 19.99 price better but was wondering if it also offers this option. Also does it come w/ the coaxial cable? Thanks.”

I have just connected and formatted a USB drive as storage on my TV and there is no pause or fast forward functionality for over air broadcast. I think this may be more a feature of your TV than any specific antenna though. All antennas simply recieve signal, they do not have the ability to pause over air content. Normally a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) with dedicated hard drive is required for what you describe.
