QuestionHi, I am a Totaltech member in the US. If I buy Best Buy products while in Canada, do I get the benefits of Totaltech such as extended warranty? I was told in store that Totaltech benefits do not apply to purchases made in Canada. Thanks

- Answer Unfortunately, items purchased outside the continental US will not have coverage under the standard US Tech Support plan. Laws and regulations in different countries prevent those plans and coverage options from carrying over. You will still be able to call and receive online support.

- Answer No. The Total Tech plan only provides coverage options for devices purchased from Best Buy during the term of your Total Tech membership. While some services are discounted with a Total Tech membership, physical phone repair is not included.

- Answer They don’t cover everything they say that I bought it and found out there’s. $50 charge to come to your house and wouldn’t work on my iPhone it says total tech!!!! To me that means everything all devices and make sure you change your password I forgot 6 months later hacked and one of the log ins was a Best Buy Tech
