A:AnswerTo my knowledge from past experiences, ALL of the electronics that I purchased were covered wuth the two year warranty. It can also be seen on your account history of purchases.
A:AnswerYes, they can do it. I had some software I purchased from best buy and I had the membership too but that was couple years ago. You just have to look under your membership on the best buy app and click on it and it tells what's covered. Good luck!
A:AnswerTotaltech is $199.99 per year and as long as you have an active membership, you will get the option to renew your Best Buy Protection plans when they are nearing the end. You will receive an email with more information once that time comes. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 1 (888) BEST-BUY or 1 (888) 237-8289.
A:AnswerI think its the LG manufacturer. It says on the frigider 10 Years warranty? Then you have to contact LG. But if you had it less than a year contact Best Buy for a better answer.
A:AnswerWebroot dropped its price by 20.00 dollars a year to 179.99, it does not include Webroot, if you want to continue Webroot you have to pay the 20 dollars and pay 199.99 a year.
A:AnswerWe just realized the Magnolia care app and Tech cell numbers have been disconnected, company no longer exists . Looking at our Best Buy statements the charges of $19.99 a month are on going for since 2018 . They went out of business sometime last year. Why am I paying for this subscription when no one is available to service my home theater ? I called to cancel and was transferred over and over again given multiple numbers to call with no one knowing what to do. I finally called Citibank to dispute these charges. Here is the number. Good luck to all that have been charged these fees. 1 800 950 5114
A:AnswerOn a brand new computer, I have had 6 different Geek Total tech people.
Well, I still do not have google or ebay.
I used to love them.
Not pleased and too frustrated to waste more hours online at this time. I gave the last one a 10, but did not realize that google was not there
A:AnswerBuy the actual warranty total tech doesn't cover jack s&@$ but I will warn you when they came to fix my appliance that kept turning on by itself and valves were sticking and potentially could blow up my house they refused to give me a new product and told me it had to be repaired and even after repair it keeps doing the same thing so I myself would not buy anything from Best Buy.
