• They are going to charge you $80 for shipping with total tech to send your laptop off. Its a scam. They changed this program without notice and people like myself that I've been paying for this for several years and have purchased 10s of thousands of dollars of merchandise from the store now have no coverage for anything it's a rip off this needs to be a class action lawsuit.
