• Hi Devo - When cleaning laminate flooring we recommend using the low steam setting on the mop.

• I live in an apartment and use it on laminate floors all the time. Just don't leave it in one place to long, so it doesn't seep through any cracks there may be. Only takes a couple passes to clean.

• I would suggest calling Bissell customer service and ask question directly to their staff. The instructions that came with the unit specify using the "Low" setting for laminates, and also includes a soft microfiber mop pad for those floors. I have only used the steam mop on tile floors.
