I bought it to clean my floors and to use in the bathroom. I have wood floors. My husband says he notices a difference on the floors. I had built up lime on the faucets in the shower. This took it right off. It took a little time, but it worked better then any chemical I tried. I was really pleased with the product.

I wish I had this steam mop back in 2002 when we had our tile floor installed. The steam cleans beautifully with no streaking. We have a very large kitchen/dining area with 16-inch square tiles. I cleaned the entire area with 12 ounces of water. Over the years, the grout has become stained and despite hand-scrubbing, would not come clean. The removable tank and grout cleaning attachment has done wonders for my grout. The steam made all of the difference. My high-traffic floor looks almost new now. The removable tank adds so much versatility to this cleaner. I used the low steam setting to clean grime off some older well-used wood kitchen cabinets. The dirt wiped off easily and did not affect the finish. I highly recommend this steam mop/ cleaner!

I have been looking for just the right steamer for about a year and then I saw this one and it is exactly what I was looking for. I have enough vacuums, so I didn't want a steamer with the vacuum included. I also didn't want to have to worry about chemicals. I wanted something quick and easy I could grab to clean the floor. I have dogs, so my floors are always dirty and I get tired of lugging the mop and bucket out constantly. I tried the swiffer but I didn't feel like my floor was getting clean enough. I don't think that at all with this mop. Because of the steam, it dries quickly, so I'm walking on the floor right after I mop it. It is definitely worth the price. It is also very light and compact , so it's easy to store. I can't stay enough good things about this steamer mop!

Great product. So easy to use. Heats up fast and does a thorough job cleaning. I have a tile floor with texture to it that dirt builds up in those grooves. This product eliminates all the scrubbing I used to have to do. I love that it has a low setting for the wood floor. I haven't used the detachable part yet. The only suggestion for improvement would be to make it a little bit easier to refill the water. It's not hard by any means but it could be more convenient if they had a pull out spout instead of just a hole on the side. I am so happy I bought this!

I've had a very simple Bissell steam mop in the past that broke after using for about 8 years. We replaced it with this one and I'm happy we did. The cleaning surface is nice and big and I love that I don't have to hold a button down to make the steam come out. The lift off part is great for cleaning around the toilet. I have 3 little boys so that area can be a mess. I only wish the opening for filling the water chamber was a bit bigger.

I purchased this because I have 2 dogs that make cleaning the floor a constant challenge. I wanted the floor clean for humans and dogs alike. I was a bit skeptical on whether this steam mop would really perform and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did it work great on my wood floors, but it really worked great in the shower and on the outside of my car. I couldn't be more pleased. I am looking around the house to see what else I can try it on and obtain wonderful results!

This steamer cleans great. Easy to use and minor assembly required. Only two downfalls....it's a little awkward to fill and doesn't always glide smoothly on floor ...thus the four star instead of five rating. Floors definitely feel cleaner after using than they did with my previous steamer.

First time buying a steam mop. Right out of the box... very easy to assemble. The only thing I had to look up was where to put the steam fresh pod (it is in a lil pocket in the mop head itself...your welcome) It heats up very quickly and produces a lot of steam. It's is pretty lightweight and easy to maneuver. Mops clean and smells fresh... and it's good to know that you aren't using chemicals to clean up so I think it'll be good for folks with sensitive kids and pets (or anyone really) who sits/lays on the floor. I do wish i paid extra for the one that vacuums as well... seems like it would cut one step in clean up.. but this works very well..

so i have the shark as well, and while it is good at cleaning, and steams up quickly, it doesnt leave so much water on the floor either. This one is excellent for the lift off quality, though it does spread more water. it also has specific on/off switches which shark doesnt have. I feel you do get a better return out of this, as it comes w much more options. Not a big deal to let the floor dry just a little longer.

This works! I use distilled water and a stack of cheap washcloths...makes short work of yucky jobs...chemically free! Simply amazing.

This works great it is easy to use I don't have to keep refilling it as I go through my house and my floors are noticeably cleaner it was a very good investment.

Researched many steam mops for my flooring ( I have laminate tiles) and this one got the best reviews for how easy it was to operate & how great it cleaned the floors. I have to agree and love the fact that it has so many attachments to use in the bathroom and kitchen. My other steamer did not have pads and I never felt I was getting my floors clean. I would recommend this product

We previously owned an H2O steam floor cleaner. We have laminate and tile floors throughout our home and have always had a dog. We just acquired a beautiful Golden Retriever Cream puppy after our previous Goldendoodle passed. As expected with a puppy, we need to clean the floors when an accident occurs. The H2O unit would no longer produce steam. I got on-line and found the Bissell unit was rated the best and I can confirm it works MUCH better than the H2O unit ever did. It has a larger pad, which makes the cleaning process take less time as well. The lift-off feature converts the unit into a hand cleaner, which is also a great feature.

I love this steamer! It is very easy to use, lightweight and with the detachable option, it makes cleaning in smaller spaces that much easier!

Easy to use and does a good job of getting the floors clean. Used numerous times. Mop pad holding up very well.

This steam mop is easy to use and cleans great. Minor assembly required...one piece snaps into place and the other screws in. I love that the pod snaps off and cleans surfaces other than the floor...eliminating the need for owning two separate cleaners. The only complaint I have is that the water tank is awkward to fill...thus the four star instead of five star rating.

Love this steam mop and it can get under all the cabinets easy. It comes with two mop head/clothes for cleaning but one is more abrasive than the other. Only thing I would add is two regular mop clothes for cleaning so you can wash one and use one to rotate them out. Cord management is a little tricky at times, a retractable cord would be amazing. But as far as cleaning results, 5 stars!!
