How about to instill it and do I need anything null

Just a Small drill or screw driver.

Assuming you have a compatible mobile device and WIFI each of the Blink Systems/Kits would ship with everything needed to get started. We ship each camera with the batteries and mount and the sync module would ship with the correct power cord and adapter.
