Iv'e been searching for months to replace my old wireless systems that iv'e used for the past 7-8 years, ZMODO & SAMSUNG, after careful review of what's available on the market i chose the Blink XT-2 5 camera option on sale and added another Blink Mini for $10, Also received an Amazon Echo 5 FREE, look for deals. After setting up the system and going live which took less than 15 minutes (if it's your first system it might take a little longer) i knew right away i'd made the right choice, the features that kept me on Zmodo (price, ease of use & free 10 sec clips) and Samsungs durability and clear picture were both here on this Blink system. I might have continued buying the Zmodo cameras at only $20 a piece, i also had them at 3 different locations (12 cameras total) and it worked great, however Zmodo stopped offering the mini wifi cameras after they started pimping their cloud packages which are very expensive, so after Christmas i started doing my homework and here we are. The Pro's with Blink so far are: Price is right, ability to add up to 10 cameras per Module (Zmodo & Samsung don't have modules) but i think this is better as the cameras are useless if someone steals, also the range is great so far, i buried the module behind my couch in a out-of-the-way outlet because i hate clutter and the cameras work great, one is at least 200 feet away where my Zmodo struggled and it works fine. you have a dashboard on each camera to set not only the area to pick up motion (old) but to manage trigger time, sensitivity, and new to me the clip length. The clip length is the amount of video clip you want on each camera, one camera in my yard isn't important ( 5 second clip) my front porch & business i want longer clips (15 seconds) you can't set them all to 60 second clips but with the free storage you'd run out quick and the battery life would be a lot less as well, others complain about battery life, but at this price point don't complain, it's all relevant, want it to last longer? reduce above features. All in all i'm very happy with this system, i usually wait a few months to review something, but i have experience with these cameras and i'm sure of it's ability and will likely order 4 more cameras to hit my 10 max, still need to figure out how to add more than 10, i think it's buy another module, we shall see.

Great camera and free cloud storage, but the motion detection sensor can be tricky to set. I ordered the power adapter from Amazon as the side of my home gets a lot of foot traffic and the batteries were showing at 70% within a couple of weeks. Also, the night vision is decent and you'll need a fast wireless internet connection. I also bought a range extender and the video clips show fairly quick [couple of seconds delay]. I love the 2-way talking...I spooked a friend that came to our house to check while we were gone on vacation. The only drawback is that I cannot use an SD card to store video as every clip is saved to the cloud, but you can download the video clips of you like, or upload them to your google fotos or drive. I'll be purchasing 2 more of these cameras to complete coverage of my house's perimeter. Ah, and I bought a mounting as the one that came with the camera is not secure and has limited viewing angles.

If you’re looking for quality video, mobile alerts, easy setup, affordable price & no monthly fees for cloud storage then this system is perfect. I needed something to keep an eye on my car while parked in a shared driveway with a lot of traffic. This system came with 2 cameras and setup was under 15 mins. Installation of the cameras themselves took a little longer since they had to be mounted into a brick exterior (special mounts not included but under $10). I ordered weatherproof housing that came with mounts that were better suited for where I needed these to hung, the ones included are geared more for indoor mounting. This system is also compatible with Alexa show if you have those devices. So far this was a good purchase especially since they were on sale.

Don't buy these if your looking for an alway on quick glance and an instant live view. But if you're looking for a great wire free no mess HD video with a slight delay this is the product. I have 3 at a cabin in another state front and back view and one at a food station that is mounted at least 50 feet from the back of the cabin with no problems. I had no idea so many deer visited after dark! Only into this camera for a few months, started with one and have grown to 10 cameras. I'm not interested in 2 years at the cabin as we only are up for the summer May - October and the power is off for the winter but if I can get the summer months with high use on one battery great. For the house well see how things go. Great close night vision, so-so from the house to the street, but I didn't buy them for that.

I was using the original Blink XT Cameras for the past 7 months and they’ve been great. Only thing that was missing was two way audio and then these were released but reviews weren’t great. I waited a little but reviews were still up and down. Finally caught the XT2 on a sale that I couldn’t pass up and glad I made the jump. The cameras all went up in the same spots that the old XTs were mounted and aside from now having two way audio, I see absolutely no difference between the two systems and that is definitely a positive thing. I can now keep an eye on my puppy and tell him to keep out of things that he shouldn’t be getting into when I’m not around and when the dog walker leaves him out in the yard. Overall, very nice camera system that I would definitely recommend to anyone that doesn’t feel like paying monthly fees for someone else to monitor.

Firstly I am the worst handy man on earth. But somehow I managed to install this in under 10 minutes. It works like a charm. Picture quality both in the day and at night are great. I use these to monitor my AirBnBs and they are exactly what I have needed for a while. I've bought two more since my first purchase. A 10/10 product.

Bought these as a trial security camera for my condo, and was very impressed. Easy to set up once you download the apps. Excellent picture both day and night 1080p and instant alert. Excellent work great for the price no monthly monitor. I will recommend and buy again. Very satisfied!

These cameras are not bad at all for the price! They were easy to set up, and the app is easy to use as well. I have one in my driveway, by the door, and another I actually use as a deer camera. It takes great quality videos of the deer so much so you can count the points on the bucks. The only negative thing I would say is sometimes it does not pick up activity but 98% of time it does pick it up. Or either it will pick up the smallest thing as in a tree limb blowing. The selling point for me for these were, that you did not have to pay for a monthly membership for video storage. I personally think that in itself was worth it. I included a day time photo of the outside and a night time photo in the same spot.

I have been very pleased with the Blink 3 camera security system! The system was easy to install, no monthly fees, and has awesome picture quality day or night! Blink has a very user friendly app to download for use. The system will auto erase old videos if it runs out of space to record. The camera will let me know on my front porch that someone is approaching before they even ring my doorbell. The camera also can do two way talk with who is on video. Better than a doorbell camera!!!

Didn't in stall it right off do to weather and work schedule. When I did the wire-free camera's work good, clear night or day. There is a delay like most of the review's reported. So as a door bell not so good a warning. I've had them up for two weeks now. I've forgot to turn them off when I'm working out doors. Setting the camera's off and I've gotten a warning that the battery life at this rate wont last the two years. I'm now turning it off during the day while I'm home. The directions were not clear on when or what point to install the arm and camera. But for the price a great buy, at least two weeks of using them so far. Yes I do have my Christmas lights up early. Beat the cold weather but they are not on yet, next month!

I was intending to purchase a Ring or similar product but after looking at cost and what they do i wasnt thrilled about the price. So the associate at best buy informed me of the Blink camera set up, and convinced me to buy the 2 camera set up with the central wifi communicator it was much cheaper My first thought was how long will the batteries last and after having it set to a more sensitive setting i still have yet to change batteries after 30 days and ghe sound and video is great ,Audio can be heard well through the camera . They can be mounted anywhere you choose and make great door watch cameras and will notify when someone comes near your door , they are adjustable , easy to set up , and you can add extra cameras to your set up .

I have been a Blink customer for over five years with the indoor system and have been waiting for the exterior two way communication to be released.. And they went above my expectations on this camera still the best on the market and by far no better price and no contract you purchase you own it you control it And you receive notification within seconds of your camera being activated..

I bought one camera to view my front and back doors. I went back and bought one for the carport, living room, bedroom with french doors and one for the side of the house. They work great, have an excellent picture and you can listen to people from 100' away. They don't lag much and picture and sound quality is excellent. Simple to set up, easy to use and you get alerts right on your phone within seconds of any activity.

This camera system is pretty amazing. I’ve had other wireless systems that I’ve installed at work that were a joke, not reliable at all. This system paired with a good internet connection/router works seamlessly. I was very very close to installing a Lorex Wired camera system but chose the blink 5 camera system with one add on camera and couldn’t be happier. Install is so easy it’s laughable. Highly recommend this product!

These are economical and easy to use. They use the wifi in your house and are super easy to connect. Can be used with Alexa or just with the Blink app on your phone. I love that I can see who is coming and going at my house when out of town or at work. The batteries are supposed to last 2 years, but if the camera has a lot of use like my front, then it is about a year. However, I bought energizer replacement batteries on amazon. You could probably pick them up anywhere they sell batteries. The AA batteries were about the same as other AA batteries in price. I also like that I can rearrange them if needed, add more and take them with me when I move. I recommend these to everyone. There are no monthly fees and very versatile. You can buy mounts that allow you to swivel or get a better angle. They are not expensive either. ($12-$14)

I returned a security system and purchase this one. Blink is amazing! It took maybe 15 minutes including screwing in the cameras outside to install the whole system with ease. I love how crystal clear the quality of picture taking and video quality of the cameras. I love how you can set up the sensitivity and block out certain zones where it doesn’t give false readings amazing! Blink is exactly what I needed excellence is all I can say.

Love the fact that you don’t have to connect them you can activate them when ever you want or turn them off at the touch of your phone, I have one already and in the porch and love it so far haven’t changed the battery and my camera is very active with all the deliveries and what not. So I got three more for the back yard and my moms house. Very easy to manage and great image at night or day light .

These security cameras will give you ease of mind without breaking the bank. Ok this is the important part as long as your internet is strong you will not have any issues. The hard drive is awesome saves videos for a very long time, I’ve keep mine for abt 30 days but the cloud can store for longer. The night vision is excellent, clean and clear pics. I also long the Talk on the cameras while I was in Mexico I checked in on the kids scared them because they didn’t know where it was coming from they thought I was back and in the house...lol

I was deciding between the Arlo Pro 2 and Blink xt2 and I read the reviews on the two systems both good and bad and I decided to purchase the Blink because its a better fit for me and the family and the price was decent can't complain I programmed and mounted the 5 cameras all over the house it was super easy had the system for almost a month now and so far so good was skeptical at first because it ran off the Wi-Fi but its been great I love it

Works good enough for the price. One of the five camera keeps fogging up. Easy to install and operate. Will try to call about fogged camera. Does not have color night vision. Three second delay does not allow me to see people coming out of my house just leaving already in their car. Overall works good.
