How long is the delay from camera to phone and if I up grade WiFi speed will delay will be shorter null

Hi, 
I just tried these cameras. Motion detection is the issue with this system. Upgrading WiFi won’t correct this issue in my opinion and experience. If 100 MB up and down will not fix it, which is more than enough, I doubt any faster speeds will either. Look elsewhere if possible, until Amazon addresses motion detection. The delay is not from anything but the initial motion triggering of the device. The alert arrives quickly it’s just not being triggered at all or correctly like all the reviews are saying.

delay is minimum 5sec and as per my exp does not depend on WiFi Quality

The Blink cameras do turn on instantly once motion is detected to record a video clip however there are times when the notifications may be slow and this is most times due to the strength/speed of the wifi or also how long you have the clips set to record.
