Does this phone have dual cell phone capacity? null

No it does not have dual cell phone capacity. I do not have the option of using either sim A or sim B to send text messages. I can only use one carrier to send messages. But it does allow me to choose which carrier I can dial out. I am disappointed with this cell phone.

Yes. But sim 2 can only be GSM 2G. Didn't bother me as I use sim 2 for voice only.

Yes it has dual capacity but sending message is a little difficult when choosing the sim to send your message.

It has the ability to use two SIM cards if that's what you mean by "dual cell phone."

Yes, this phone allows the use of two SIM cards at once. I'm currently using both T-Mobile and AT&T.

It has dual sim card and talk and text possible on both sim card. Sim card slot 1 is compatible for talk text & data but sim card slot 2 is compatible for talk and text and not compatible for DATA.
