It should, although the specifications of the dimensions of the DEH-S6220BS are wrong on Best Buy’s website, so that’s not helpful. It is not 4” H and it does have a display. The dimensions of your DEH-P330 are listed as 7W x 6D x 2H, sounds average, you should be able to get the new one in. It does have a display of about 1/2H x 1w, and is about the same dimensions as your. It’s average, should not pose a problem. Sorry I could not be more exact for you.
