I installed it very easily in a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. Installation was easy. This unit gave a new life to the van. I listen to streaming music and talk to friends, so the Bluetooth connection and hand free microphone is perfect. The sound quality is also very good. It is crisp, has really good bass and equalizer settings. I like the face plate with the multi-led colors. The fact that it is detachable is a bonus. There is an cell phone app that can work with it and it is pretty good. I removed one star because the Bluetooth connection takes a tad too long when i start the car. In one instance the connection got lost. I also don’t like that I can’t turn off the unit. Maybe I mounted it wrong but there is no simple on/off button on it. The last annoyance is the mobile app. I have to accept a warning each time the phone connects. Overall great unit at really low price.

Wow, just wow I haven’t messed with car stereos or after my carriers many many years but I was very pleasantly surprised for the price. It’s amazing. Sounds great. I don’t have an amp hooked up to it yet. It has so many functions I it’s smarter than I am, it sounds phenomenal. It does everything as CD has Bluetooth. It does everything literally does everything except drive the car and has a real cool app that you connect your phone and actually shows your speed how fast you’re going like it has a speedometer it’s so cool and it sounds awesome and the price you can’t beat it. You cannot beat it high. You recommend it highly recommend.

Sounds Great, says it has 24-bit converters. In the past, I had the Premier DEH-P9800BT which has an MSRP of $600+ I wasn't impressed with the sound. Even tho, I don't have it to A/B against this model. I believe this model sounds better, even playing MP3s via Bluetooth audio threw your phone. I like you can Bluetooth music via your phone without an app. I'm sure this unit has an app as well, but I didn't test that feature. It's an RGB color background/buttons. all white isn't that bright and has a blue hue to it. My only complaint is that I would like to add or subtract the clock to any background with a push of a button. the only difference in the DEH-6220 & 6200 are 4 and 2 volts on the Pre's. This might be a plain little radio, but it sounds amazing and with all the I/O you will need for the foreseeable future.

Really happy with my Pioneer. I have had good fortune in the past with Pioneer head units and I can say that if you are considering purchasing one, you won't be disappointed. The audio is super-clean and I love how the built in EQ allows me to fine tune to my taste. The Dynamic Bass boost is awesome as it allows you to give just the right amount of "punch" at the push of a button. I will also mention that the added convenience of Bluetooth and accessory input is excellent. Ease of installation was a 10/10 thanks to Best Buy including the wiring kit and dash adapters. I love this thing, you will too!

Great Head Unit. I ordered this to install into my truck, which had the base 2005 Head unit in it. Directions were extremely helpful with labeling of the different wires, which made the installation process 100x easier. The overall sound quality produced by the head unit was a drastic difference from the original unit, even with aftermarket kicker door speakers the original unit produced some of the worst sound quality my ears have ever heard. The product itself was easy to use, had a quick setup that could be even more shortened by the use of the mobile pairing app, and the setup was less than 5 minutes. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone trying to get a grade-A quality stereo that is on the cheaper side, although there are more modern units (as to why this is a 4-Star rating and not 5-Star).

This is a very nice pioneer stereo receiver! I have now purchased two of them from Best Buy within the past two years. I really enjoy the operations of the stereo. The blue connections from the phone are fantastic, and the CD player plays back pretty good. The Alexis feature is also pretty unique! I will be telling about, and recommending this receiver to many more of my friends!

Tiny truck, BIG sound. The bass hits, the music is crystal clear, and suddenly every drive feels like a concert tour—front row seats included. Windows down, volume up, vibes immaculate. Didn’t know my mini truck had this much personality, but here we are. 10/10 would blast again

I really like these radios. I've probably installed 10 of this particular model over the past couple of years and have had no troubles whatsoever. The sound quality is nice too, utilizing the factory internal amp. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for a solid name brand option.

I needed a new radio for my commuter car. I didn’t really need the CD player but, that’s no problem. Long as I could use the radio through the Bluetooth on my iPhone. I can so I am happy with that. It’s got lots of good features that you have come to expect from a Pioneer stereo. Having the option to be able to change the display colors is always a bit of a fun option. I know Pioneer has had the option for several years but, it’s always a good feature. You definitely get everything you are looking for here too. Great sound quality with multiple different pre set sound settings you can use. It’s nice to have the hands free availability to talk on your phone. You just have to install the microphone that comes with it. Overall, I really like the radio and I will buy another Pioneer unit again.

I have a 1988 Camaro and bought this to add bluetooth to an old car. The radio sounds great and works great. The pioneer app is a little difficult to use but you dont need it to change any of the settings. Its a great radio for anyone wanting to update an old car.

This product looks great and was well worth it. The Pioneer unit performed way beyond my expectations, from the sounds coming from the stock speakers to the functions it provided. Installation man did an amazing job even though I left the head unit at home before my appointment he waited patiently for me. Thank you BestBuy.

Excellent quality and easy to set up with 2 phones, mine and my wife's. I have this connected to a Kicker amplifier and it sounds nice and clean. I also like how the display can be customized with many different colors but the only thing that sucks is the app keeps saying start engine to turn on main unit and wouldn't let me continue setting up the Pioneer app on my Android phone.
