QuestionWhen Bob gets on my carpet, he only runs for about a minute and turns red and blinks 10 times. This indicates the side brushes are congested but nothing is there. Can someone give tips or help? It does excellent on my hardwood floor.

- Answer I use mine on Travertine floors and it cleans my bottom floor of about 2500 sq ft and last about 2.5 hrs cleaning before it goes and finds it's charging station. I would assume on smooth concrete you will get same results.
