Go to their website boobsweep.com you will find all of their replacement parts and links on how to replace them.

sorry bud, i dont know. I actually only had for 3-4 days...then i returned it. It was getting stuck under bar stools and stuff. There are barriers that can keep it from going to different rooms,. but that cost extra....which also sucks. Good luck with it
