“I have an LG 75" NanoCell 90 tv that I hooked up to my Bose 900 soundbar . During setup the Dolby settings on the tv are greyed out. I have it connected by an HDMI (arc) cable. Any idea?””

Please doubly check your TV settings to ensure that it is set to output sound to the HDMI ARC connection. Make sure that you are using the included HDMI cable in the box, or similar HDMI 2.1 cable to connect the TV to the Soundbar.
