Generally the same weight. You can find everything about them on bose.com. Owners manual is available there which answers all of these questions.

The SoundSport Free Wireless earbuds each weigh 0.35 oz according to articles I have seen. Therefore, these will weigh a little bit less. I have the regular SoundSports, it will be nice not to feel the cord on the back of my neck when these come out. Whether or not I notice the weight difference, I will definitely not miss the cord.
