Are you able to answer with either side of the headphones and will it be dual sound while on the phone or does dual sound only pertain to music? null

Dual sound is only while playing music. When on a phone call only the RH bud will work.

You can Only hear your phone call on one ear, but music on both Ears

Just the right side to answer, both sides to listen to incoming calls.
Controls are on the right side so you push once to answer a call or use your smart phone to answer while using the SoundSport.

I've only answered with the "master" earbud but when calls come in I can hear the voice through both
