“I have been trying a friends soundsport headphones out on my windows laptops, dell, surface and hp. On all of the devices there seems to be a delay in audio from the video I watch, youtube, Netflix etc. Is there anyway to fix this? Firmware was updated”

With YouTube I've had no problems, Netflix seems fine as well.

We understand how this can be frustrating. We would first recommend clearing the Bluetooth pairing list of the SoundSport with the steps here: https://bose.life/2AgwDBb. Please remove the SoundSport from the Bluetooth menu of all your devices before pairing and testing some video again. We would also recommend ensuring that all the apps that you are using for video are updated.
