“I'm most excited about my Bose in ear sound sport purchased yesterday. However on first listen the volume is very low. I'm unable to increase it. Paired to S9, is there some settings issue?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have these paired with a Note 9 and haven't noticed any volume issues. You may try re pairing the devices, and adjusting the volume on the Bose and the phone. You could also look in the app if there is a volume setting. Hopefully you get it figured out as these are great earbuds.
