“I notice these headphones have a microphone...can they be used in lieu of hearing aids in business meetings? I wear hearing aids, but the don't wok well in meetings. Will they enhance the spoken word when watching TV (not volume)”

They are only for listening to media and taking phone calls through your smartphone/tablet. They don’t even connect to a computer correctly except for as a communications device.
