“I wanted to register to my SoundSport Free in the Bose website bought in store in NYC, but when I enter the Serial Number indicated in the box with SN, the I get a warning that says the SN number is either incorrect or doesn't exist. Can someone help me?”

Same thing happened to me, but I emailed support and they asked me to give them the serial numbers of each side of the SoundSport so they can properly register it for me. They are very prompt by the way. I got an answer in less than 2 hours via email.
