This does happen from time to time. I typically wear them for a 90 minute workout and I probably happens for a few seconds during each workout. Not really something that hinders my experience but it must be some kind of small glitch.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also had the same problem. I returned mine and the second pair works great. I would suggest doing the same. I wear mine for a minimum of three hours a day for work and the second pair has not given me a problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same experience here. Usually it's something interfering with the bluetooth from the buds working in tandem. Change your location, take them off for a moment and put them back on. If that does not work disconnect/reconnect bluetooth. Give it some more time and if you can't deal, return them.
