“I having a hard time connecting my ear bugs!! The left one flashes but the right will not Come on at all!!! They both charge in the case but I can’t the right one to come in at all after removing case”

Try unpairing them then forget device then pair them again with bith buds out of the case.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a legitimate question and I experienced the same thing until I went back to the manual on how to operate them. Long story short, if you have them in your ears without any activity, to preserve the strength of the battery, it will automatically go into soft shutdown. When you get ready to use them again, like taking a phone call, or playing Spotify, you have to reactivate them on the top right side ear bud, by pressing down on the buttons for a few seconds then release. You will hear a voice in your ear.
