• I don't know anything about iPod Nano's, but I would, nonetheless say YES! This device has bluetooth connectivity, and an 'AUX' input, so it should work with almost any device. If you can plug a set of headphones into it, you can plug it into a Bose SoundTouch speaker.

• The system will work with devices that have Bluetooth connectivity. It can also be connected through wifi and if all else fails it has an audio input in the back.
