Hi there! As noted by the other user, you can connect to this system through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. In this instance, we would recommend using Bluetooth with your Kindle to play audio through this system. Whilst the Bluetooth feature is available as soon as you receive your SoundTouch 20 III, some Kindle products will need to be connected via Wi-Fi and perform an update in order to gain access to Bluetooth. However, once paired up, you should be able to play all audio from your Kindle to the SoundTouch speaker. We hope this helps!

It has two different ways of wireless connection. Both Wi-Fi and bluetooth. The service that comes with it is called TuneIn radio. It has a lot of stations. You can also get SiriusXM. Both are via Wi-Fi. But, if the music service that you were referring to is by your cellphone service. All the you have to do. Is connect the speaker through bluetooth. Once you have it connected that way. You can play the music on the speaker as you are using that music service. When you set the speaker up on the app, you name it. After everything is set up. Turn on your bluetooth Select the bluetooth option instead of the Wi-Fi. Select the device. It will connect and you're all set.
