• I have both the 10 and 20 and Bluetooth works on both of them. Probably will return the 10 for another 20 because the sound is noticeably better with the added bass.

• The 20, unlike the 10, is wireless but it is also bluetooth capable. Because of the wifi (wireless) capability, the documents probably key on this rather than the bluetooth capabilities
