• Hello Jess! Thank you for this question. This adapter will not let you expand to additional speakers from your Solo 5 Soundbar. The best use case for the SoundTouch Wireless Link adapter is allowing you to stream music from your home Wifi or Bluetooth enabled device into your existing stereo speaker or home theater system. • The answer is NO. The hardwired as well as the Bluetooth connections on the BOSE Solo 5 system are all for inputs to this system. There aren't any settings for using these for streaming out.

• This unit is designed to be connected to the back of a audio video receiver. Once connected, you can stream bluetooth or WIFI. This would not work with a speaker, since the speaker does not have a power to amplify the sound.
